Intellectual property transfer is a complicated domain seeing as international laws vary. It was my duty to ensure that legal documents from all over the world complied with Canadian intellectual property assignment laws before registering the transfers.

Professional designations need to be maintained. I have examined maintenance point reports to ensure a professional’s status was up to date by comparing them to the standards.

Accounting

Coding invoices is not a black and white matter. I have been responsible for ensuring that all invoice amounts for three sister companies were properly allocated between them, taking into account provincial taxation differences.
