Caught this post over on Apartment Therapy about a pedal powered camper, that is a camper sitting on a bicycle frame. It’s not ‘real’ in that it’s currently a sculpture that inspired some artwork, but the unit is apparently livable. I’m not crazy about biking to start with, so moving around with this thing sounds like a lot of work, but it’s inspiring!
Wow, I can’t imagine pulling that…I pull the kids in a bicycle trailer that adds up to about 100 pounds of weight and it doubles the calories I burn biking–I get the shakes if I go farther than 12 miles, but that’s over hilly terrain. I love the picture though!
